This GM factory clamp is a direct replacement for the clamp on your 2001-2015.5 GM 6.6L Duramax.

This clamp is subject to extreme heat cycles and elements, which often leads to fatigue and failure. Its not uncommon for this clamp to break during disassembly.

This is the lower clamp that joins your downpipe to your exhaust. Some late LML model trucks utilize a 3-bolt flange at the base of the downpipe, this clamp will not work for you.
