Q: How long does my order take to ship?
If in stock, you can expect roughly 1-2 business days to process. Powdercoated Items vary greatly but typically they carry a roughly 15-25 Business Day lead time. If you are in a hurry, please check with us on inventory.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS, and a few local carriers. Same goes for Freight.
Q: Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love their products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. *Exclusions apply, subject to restocking fees.
Q: Is this item in stock?
To best answer this, please reach out to us via phone or email us. We do not use a live inventory on the website as most sites cannot do this as well. We use an abundance of Distributors across the US & Canada that we can check inventory for. Your items can ship from us directly, one of our many distribution warehouses or direct from the manufacturer. We typically use whats best for both us and the customer.
Q: Do you allow local pickup?
